I needed 2 front tires and Matthew did a great job at answering all the questions I had. Unsure who the gentleman was that put the tires on but very nice as well. I'm returning for the back tires. Thanks Riverbend!

Our semi broke down in front of a shop today while we were desperately trying to get home after my mother passed away last night. Trust me — breaking down there was not part of the plan. Within minutes, we had a mobile mechanic on site and had the truck moved out within about 30–45 minutes. Despite that, we were told we had 15 minutes to move it or it would be towed, even though it wasn’t blocking anyone or causing issues. I understand businesses have policies, but compassion costs nothing. You never know what someone is carrying when they end up in front of your door on the worst day of their life. Thankfully, there are still good people in this world who helped us today when we needed it most. Hold onto those people. Edit: We understand there are always two sides to a story, which is why I’ll keep this factual. Our truck did not intentionally stop on your property. The transmission failed while we were traveling down the road directly in front of your business. We immediately contacted a mobile diesel mechanic, who arrived quickly and attempted repairs on-site. When the issue could not be fixed, we then called for a tow truck. At no point were we trying to inconvenience any

We were traveling through the area a few weeks ago with a trailer full of dogs that we took in to rescue when their owner passed away. One of our tires separated. It was a Saturday at noon, right at closing time. They went above and beyond and got us in, had my size in stock in a used tire, got us on our way. They not only too care of us but were eager to do so and were genuine about it. I had been stranded in Mississippi on a hot day for several hours worried sick about these dogs and no major chain tire shop had the tire size o needed. Someone recommended Riverbend and I’m so thankful they did. These folks made us feel right at home and they were FAST and yet paid attention to detail. I am VERY pleased and grateful!

This was my first time coming to this place it was recommended to me by a friend who I trust a lot. I definitely was very confused since I had never been here before. They were so nice and kind and understanding. They helped me with my tire very quickly, definitely recommend.

Took my tahoe to the Flowood location to have my custom rims mounted and put on and they were super helpful! They have always been great with me and helped me in the past with awesome prices!
